DIRTY SLIPPERS

Dirty Slippers is a four-member indie pop rock band originally from Budapest (nowadays they commute between Budapest and London). 3 of the band’s records reached the top Hungarian album sales charts, 11 songs were on the top lists of various radio stations in the UK and Europe. In 2009, the band recorded its first LP in Cleveland, USA, and the last one in the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London. Their work is supported by producers such as George Shilling (Oasis, Frank Turner, Blur) and Tim Palmer (Bon Jovi, U2). Their first English single release, Honest kid, was released internationally and was praised by the international press (RGM Magazine, A and R Factory UK, The Aquarian USA, etc.), and also appeared on the weekly charts of British and Australian city radio stations. (Birmingham, Manchester, Canberra). The band has already performed in 10 European countries with great artists such as The Coronas, The Last Vegas, Sportfreunde Stiller, Goran Gregovic or the iconic DJ Paul Van Dyk. “Wide Open” the second single debuted on Planet Rock Radio, which is the biggest UK rock radio station.
